Life for me is a kaleidoscope of details. I am constantly viewing my world in frames, angles, light, and colors. I love seeing the things about the world around me that make it so incredible and the people so beautiful. One of my favorite things to do with photography is taking someone who doesn’t think they are photogenic (which, let’s face it, is most of us), capturing the things that make them who they are, and showing them how beautiful they actually are. I love catching a glimpse of a person’s heart on film.
When I’m not behind a camera, or sometimes when I am, you will usually find me hanging out with my family or friends, at a coffee shop, playing and writing music, messing around with some graphic design project, or just enjoying the sunshine. I’m a social media explorer, a new music junkie, an adventurer, incurably infected with an itch to travel, and I love meeting new people.

I travel back to Colorado several times a year and usually end up doing several photo sessions while I’m there. I’ve also traveled to several other states to do weddings and portraits. Hi Julia! I use a Canon Rebel XTi, it’s 10MP, and a Canon 50mm f1.4 (my most amazing, favorite lens that changed the way I shoot!!) for everything that I possibly can and the kit lens (18-55mm) for wide angle shots. What do you use?
